The iSMART consortium was established in order to develop and materialize the next generation DSL access technology and solutions, based on Dynamic Spectrum Management (DSM). The consortium is a joint program of leading Israeli companies and senior researches, together with Israeli and European  operators. It is supported by Magnet program of the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) in the government of Israel's Ministry of Trade and Industry.
